Baked Raspberry cheesecake

I've just completed this super yummy raspberry baked cheesecake topped with raspberry jelly sauce. The panels were made using white Nestle chocolate and flavoured raspberry and covered in dark chocolate swirls. It was a quick cake but I am still happy with how it turned out.

    No Holly I am not a professional "anything", I am a self taught baker and only recently started cake classes once a week to add to my skills (esp flowers, I suck at flowers lol) Most of it is trial and error with a few swear words and temper tantrums thrown in ;-)
